Two girls from Hawaiʻi, one club.

Somewhere along the way, wellness went quiet. Beige mats, hushed rooms, the work you were supposed to do alone. We never saw ourselves in any of it.

PMG is a yoga brand that sounds like Hawaiʻi. Color, music, flowers in your hair, your girls on the mat beside you. Joy gets you there faster than silence ever did.

Being a pick me girl used to mean performing for someone else’s approval. Here it means the opposite: you pick yourself. Your body, your mind, your morning. Every single day, out loud.
